WELCOME TO SALGOAN VILLAGE
Salgoan village is a hidden gem approximately 10 minutes drive from the main village market. It is a relaxed and rural oasis and not often frequented by regular tourists. However is a perfect spot for hiking, with easy tracks along rivers and waterfalls. There is several ancient temples sites in the area including one surrounded by a Bunyan forest.
OUR SPIRITUAL NEIGHBOURS
The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University have one of their main campuses just 8 minutes walk from the retreat venue. With its spiritual art museum, dome meditation room, and extensive gardens, it is a welcome attraction in the neighbourhood. You can also request to do a free meditation course at the campus.
THE WHEATGRASS FARM
In the neighbourhood we are also blessed with the best organic wheatgrass grown in the world by natural hygiene expert Che Perkins and her daughter Akasha. Visit the beautiful homestead and farm for wheatgrass or for a massage or cupping treatment.
